We are a small, focused team that takes pride in deep technical work. If you thrive on solving real engineering problems — from silicon to software — we want to hear from you.
We do not have layers of process or weekly status theatre. We have clear goals, direct communication, and the freedom to engineer things properly.
Our work appears in medical devices, industrial controllers, consumer electronics, and automotive systems. The problems are genuine — not exercises. Your decisions have direct impact on products used by real people in the field.
We work across hardware design, PCB layout, bare-metal firmware, RTOS, and embedded Linux. You will be exposed to the full development cycle and encouraged to build expertise across disciplines — not just the slice assigned to you.
We work remotely by default, with clear asynchronous workflows and the tools to support them. Occasional on-site visits to clients or labs are part of the job — most of the time you are free to work from wherever you do your best thinking.
No internal politics. We review designs together, challenge assumptions openly, and learn from every project iteration. If you have a better approach, we genuinely want to hear it.
We are not looking for a specific job title. We are looking for people who are genuinely curious about how hardware and software interact, who take ownership of their work, and who communicate clearly when something is unclear or going wrong.
You do not need to be expert in everything. You do need to be honest about what you know, fast to learn what you do not, and comfortable operating with some ambiguity in early-stage projects.
We value demonstrated ability over credentials. Show us something you built or solved — that tells us more than a list of certifications.
No open positions listed? Apply anyway. We review every message and we hold onto strong profiles for upcoming engagements. Tell us what you have worked on and what kind of work excites you most.
